Whilst the towels themselves are ok the service and delivery is extremely poor. It took nearly a month from time of order for my delivery. (QLD to NSW) I can get this from overseas quicker. I contacted Mojo multiple time via their email with no response. These were supposed to be birthday gifts and I had to purchase other gifts as they didn’t arrive in the time frame provided at time of order. This is the second time I have had similar experience and there definitely will not be a third.

Gym workout

I LOVE my mojo towel. It's so easy to slip over the back of gym equipment, no slipping, no towel scrunching down under you. Best present ever.

Good product, non -existant customer service

I ordered a wrong item and emailed straight away to ask if they can fix. No one ever responded. Tried calling, nothing. So just received an incorrect item and can't bother returning as their shipping cost is ridiculous. Shame as it's a good quality towel

We are so sorry this has happened, for you, we looked back through the emails and did find your request to send a towel back because you accidentally ordered 2 towels.
