Items are not sent with a 'Signature on Delivery' option unless specifically requested and paid for by you at the time of purchase. Your order is packaged and sent off with 100% of our love and care to ensure it's safe delivery, however MoJo Active is unable to take responsibility for length of shipping times or items that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit or delivery.
MoJo Active is happy to refund your purchase price on goods that are returned to us in 100% perfect condition if you are unhappy with your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
