All orders received prior to 5pm AEST are shipped the following business day and length arrival time depends on your location and the service chosen.  Express Shipping aims to arrive within 24-48 hours of leaving us.
We use AustraliaPost or Sendle to ship our products.   Items are not sent with a 'Signature on Delivery' option.  Please contact us directly at sales@mojoactiveaustralia.com if you would like to add this option to your order
Your order is packaged and sent off with 100% of our love and care to ensure it's safe delivery, however MoJo Active is unable to take responsibility for length of shipping times or items that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit or delivery.


MoJo Active is happy to refund your purchase price on goods that are returned to us in 100% perfect condition if you are unhappy with your purchase.  Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
